FF Sauteed Kale with Crasins and Pecans

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:

2 pounds of fresh dino kale

2 handfuls of chopped pecans

2 handfuls of crasins

extra virgin olive oil 

salt and pepper

hot honey

Juice of 1/2 large lemon

Directions:

Strip kale leaves from stems, blanche for 3 minutes and drain.

Heat olive oil in large sauté pan.

Toss in pecans and sauté for a couple of minutes until they give a nice aroma.

Toss in crasins and sauté a couple of minutes more

Put kale in with the nuts and fruit and saute for until just tender.

Add salt and pepper to taste, squeeze in lemon, and then drizzle with hot honey. 

Stir to mix 

Serve hot.
